Cascade hops during the mash, Mosaic along with Phantasm® during the whirlpool, and finish with a dry-hop of Mosaic, Motueka, and Mosaic Cryo.
The result is an immense array of fruit with aromas of white grape, pink guava, pineapple, and grapefruit zest, along with hints of sour candies. It is bold and full-bodied on the palate, silky smooth, with flavors of white grape, yellow peach, and ripe pineapple.
