Local Delivery

To qualify for local delivery you must place a minimum £15 order and live in one of the following postcodes: NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29, NE30

We are offering free delivery for orders over £35 anything below this will be subject to a £2.50 charge.

You will receive an email notification on the day of your delivery with approximate delivery slot.

Order by 10am Thursday and Friday for same day delivery.

All deliveries will be made after 5.30pm each day.

We will do this by dropping your box, ensuring you are in to receive and with no personal contact to ensure safety in the current circumstances. If you not in we will post a note through your door with our contact details to rearrange collection.

Local Delivery Schedule

Thursday: Tynemouth, North Shields & Cullercoats: NE29, NE30

Friday: Whitley Bay, Monkseaton, Seaton Sluice & Seaton Delaval: NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28

Age Restrictions

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request photographic ID. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the recipient cannot be proved to be at least 18 years old.

Out of Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. A substitute product will be offered or a refund for the out of stock item. We will only ship your order once we have received confirmation of how you wish to proceed.
