10.0% Imperial Coconut and Pecan Pastry Stout
This sweet and sticky imperial stout is a homage to a favourite cake that brewer Alex misses from his home state of Texas. Brewed with lots of specialty malts and a generous helping of lactose for a smooth and sweet base, the beer is aged on toasted coconut and vanilla and added pecans for good measure. The result is a luscious and creamy chocolatey stout with an almost oily texture. tons of coconut aroma and a hint of nuttiness in the finish.
